Melissa Victoria makes my workouts challenging, interesting and fun. She introduces exercises that I can remember when I work out. She also trains my 89-year-old nearly blind mother. Because both of us have physical disabilities to deal with, she is patient and keeps us motivated.

Last June, after a 1600-mile road trip from Indiana and visiting relatives along the way, I arrived in Missoula for a two-week visit with my son and my sister, Melissa. My neck, shoulder and leg muscles were sore and my back was stiff from sitting in the car for days on end and sleeping in strange beds night after night. Seeing my hunched posture and stiff steps and movements, my sister offered (actually, she insisted) to take me under her fitness wing and help me begin to get back into shape before my long drive back to Indiana.
At our first sessions, she slowly and carefully showed me stretches and exercises that would relax and stretch my muscles. After I began to loosen up, she had me do workouts that strengthened my core muscles and supported my spine, improved my posture, and got my blood flowing. An additional result of my brief two-week workouts with Melissa was that I had more energy for the rest of my trip. Melissa showed me exercises that I could do in the car and at our stopovers.
